LLM Releases Innovative Feature, Automating Time-Consuming Aspects of Managing Legal Document Review

Liquid Litigation Management, Inc.’s team of developers today announced the release of Review Groups, the latest innovative feature addition to its legal e-discovery and case management system Liquid Lit Manager™. Paralegals and administrators may now set-up a batch of review sets that a group of assigned users may individually check out and in as they complete sets. The application also records which documents have been viewed by assignees, making certain features available such as redistribution of documents, instant access to unviewed documents, and visualization of progress.

"We worked closely with our clients on this project. We noticed a need for a better way to go through the mechanics of assigning and managing e-discovery review sets," says Director of Software Development Lindsay Stevens. "Reviewers may have different review speeds for a variety of reasons, resulting in an imbalance in the number of documents left to complete in checked out sets. With Review Groups, the review management page now includes the ability to balance documents across all incomplete sets to even out the number of documents to review across reviewers." Review Groups provide more control of the review process to users and administrators while simultaneously automating common workflow tasks.
