Tikit Group, the leader in time capture software for legal firms, confirms the launch of Tikit Carpe Diem Enterprise version 7.0. The latest release is a major development from the Carpe Diem Enterprise product roadmap and features a new user interface and enhanced functionality.
The new functionality includes a module that provides synchronized time inventory between Carpe Diem Enterprise and the firm’s financial system. It includes a console that affords timekeepers the ability to request changes to previously exported time entries in a controlled and efficient manner. Resulting change requests are managed by the firms’ finance department via the console and applied manually (or electronically) against the firms’ practice management system.
Version 7.0 also enhances time inventory management and validation. Time entries can now be split and merged, matter specific billing guidelines for support of e-billing rules can now be added and improved nickname support has also been included.
