EFFACTS announces USA Release
The Dutch software company Effacts BV, creator of the corporate database solution EFFACTS, today announced the formal release of its USA web service.

Globally, more than 1,000 companies are already using EFFACTS to manage legal entities, orgcharts, contracts, board meetings, IP rights, claims and other legal matters.
