C2C is positioned in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Information Archiving

Gartner evaluated vendors offering enterprise information archiving products that provide management of email and files based on completeness of vision and ability to execute. A vendor’s completeness of vision is evaluated based on its ability to convincingly articulate its future product direction and demonstrate innovation in meeting customer needs, enabling the vendor to more effectively compete in the market. Ability to execute criteria included an evaluation of the features and functions of the enterprise information archiving solution, overall viability, sales execution/pricing, market responsiveness and track record, marketing execution, customer experience, and operations.

“We are pleased that C2C has been named by Gartner in the enterprise information archiving space with its inclusion in this year's Magic Quadrant report,” said Dave Hunt, CEO of C2C. “We would also like to thank our customers, both large and small whose testimonials of full feature archiving solutions at competitive price lead to our strong position as an archiving vendor. From our unique position in 2004 of being optionally selective in archiving, a stance which is now underwritten, we now focus on technology for enhanced eDiscovery and Retention Management of live, PST and archived data. This position should see us continue to provide product innovation and market leadership to ensure that customers' needs continue to be met for all compliance, capacity, discovery and retention reasons.”

C2C’s ArchiveOne solutions are simple yet sophisticated tools that are field-proven to help organizations with archiving, retention and eDiscovery of email and files, compliance management, intellectual property containment and storage management tools. ArchiveOne employs Zero-Training User DesignTM and is completely transparent, installing in about one hour. ArchiveOne for email provides secure access to archived emails through iPhone or BlackBerry devices and through web and web service technologies for offsite workers. Sophisticated features include the ability to search and take action on data before it is archived, which provides assurance against “data fingerprints” being stored in the index, reduces capacity needs, speeds backups, and optimizes TCO. Advanced PST management allows administrators to discover, search, delete or consolidate PST files across the organization and integrated Bates Stamping streamlines the e-discovery process. ArchiveOne is not dependent on SQL databases, so it offers best-in-class flexibility and scalability, as well as reducing risk and improving system usage. A live online demonstration, references from ArchiveOne users, and a 30-day trial are available at www.C2C.com.
