Integreon Executives to Present Sessions on Legal Process Outsourcing Ethics, E-discovery in the Cloud and Document Review Best Practices

LegalTech New York will be held at the Hilton New York Hotel from Jan. 31 to Feb. 2, 2011.
All three presentations comprise the Integreon SuperSession scheduled for Monday afternoon, Jan. 31, in the Concourse F meeting room:
- 1-2 p.m. – Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO): Ethical, Practical and Legislative Considerations
Mark Ross, vice president, legal solutions at Integreon, will provide attendees with insight into recent opinions issued by regulatory bodies on both sides of the Atlantic and relevant compliance issues. Participants in the session will include Foster Gibbons, vice president, legal discovery solutions at Integreon, and David Stanton, partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Attendees are eligible to earn an ethics Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit. - 2:30-3:30 p.m. – E-Discovery: Challenges Preserving and Collecting Evidence in the Cloud
Jeff Fehrman, vice president, forensics and consulting at Integreon, and Wayne Matus, partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, will discuss the impact of cloud computing, Software-as-a-Service and social networking on e-discovery, including considerations for service-level agreements, privacy issues, compliance requirements and the evidence chain of custody. - 4-4:45 p.m. – Document Review Best Practices: Pushing the Outside of the Envelope
In this session with Integreon’s Foster Gibbons, attendees will learn how to take document review to the next level with recommended best practices for the design and execution of a managed review approach that leverages both technology and technique to improve performance.
