Morgan Cole Engages Integreon for Library and Information Services #LTNY #LegalIT

Solution Provides Comprehensive Library Management Services to Leading U.K. Law Firms, Including Beachcroft, TLT and Osborne Clarke

Bristol, United Kingdom – January 31, 2011 – Integreon, the largest global provider of integrated research, legal and business solutions to professionals, today announced that law firm Morgan Cole LLP has appointed Integreon to provide library and information services. The engagement with Integreon will enable Morgan Cole to provide the highest quality legal services and advice to clients by streamlining its research function and providing staff with more efficient access to the information and specialized expertise they need.

Integreon’s Library and Information Services represent a new approach to the management of law libraries and legal research, one that effectively frees firms from the administrative tasks required to maintain and operate library collections and research operations. More importantly, Integreon provides access to a comprehensive and flexible support network of industry-leading librarians and researchers at a scale normally accessible only to the most specialized and largest of law firms.

Morgan Cole joins several other U.K. law firms already using Integreon’s library and information services, including Beachcroft LLP, Osborne Clarke and TLT LLP. The service was unveiled in late 2009.

“With Integreon now delivering our library and information services, we’re gaining access to niche legal information expertise, regional expertise and a breadth of skilled and experienced library and research resources that no law firm could maintain on its own,” said Jeff Wright, Partner at Morgan Cole. “We’re complimenting our lawyers’ skills and experience with an advanced research and enquiries service that will provide us with fast access to comprehensive information, enabling us to deliver the same high-quality legal services to our clients more efficiently and effectively.”

Through the service, Integreon will provide Morgan Cole with legal and business research, a central enquiries desk, hardcopy and journal management, supplier management and purchasing support. Integreon’s scale and delivery model enables law firms to significantly improve the efficiency of law libraries and research operations and provide attorneys with greater levels of service and support. The service also empowers mid-sized law firms to overcome the barriers of running a high-performance library.

“Our library and information services reflect the evolution of the law library and meet the changing needs of law firms today,” said Eleanor Windsor, vice president of Knowledge and Business Development Services at Integreon. “Morgan Cole understands the value of specialized information services provided by focused experts with fewer administrative distractions. By working with Integreon, Morgan Cole gains access to information experts who have the capability to provide their partners with the comprehensive insights they need to better serve their clients.”
