Although this new release of its document filters only brings ISYS in line with its two main competitors, Autonomy and Oracle, the momentum seems to be with ISYS, judging by its recent customer acquisition growth rate. Customers of Autonomy have told us recently that the company is increasing its prices quite dramatically to some of its OEM customers for KeyView. This indicates the importance Autonomy places on KeyView but also that it feels it can extract higher fees because there are fewer alternatives. Well, ISYS is one alternative that seems to be getting its message across much more effectively than in the past.
