Capital Novus offers CLE to law firms across the US: “Teaching Science to Juries”

The company’s most recent CLE delves into the effective methods of creating and presenting informative and compelling demonstratives to persuasively teach science and other technical subjects to juries in patent and commercial cases. The 1-hour presentation covers a variety of topics including creative ways to build a compelling narrative, incorporating expert testimony into the overall themes of the case, and the effective use of information design.
