Facciola, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the Honorable Craig Shaffer, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Judges Schiendlin, Facciola, and Shaffer are widely recognized as highly influential in all matters involving the discovery and admissibility of digital evidence.
