Introducing PracticeMaster Document Management
PracticeMaster users gain a better way to automatically name and organize documents.
Lincoln, NE [January 9, 2014] – The makers of Tabs3 and PracticeMaster announced today that Version 17 of PracticeMaster now includes document management – the easiest way to automatically name and organize documents and find them in seconds. It includes check in/out functionality, version control, and integration with Outlook®, Word®, Adobe®, WordPerfect®, and other programs.

Law firms that use PracticeMaster’s document management for the first time can easily import documents or entire folders of documents to get started. PracticeMaster can follow your existing naming conventions to automatically name files, store them, and make them easy to find. It also stores multiple versions of the same document for easy comparison, and lets you check-out and check-in documents to ensure that only one person edits a document at a time. PracticeMaster has a tool bar that you can use in Outlook, Word, Adobe, and WordPerfect to name, file, and create new versions of documents from within those programs.
