Integreon Scales Up eDiscovery with Major Upgrade of Technogy Infrastructure and End-to-End Services

Announces Largest Technology Release in Company History

LEGALTECH NEW YORK (HILTON NY, BOOTHS 1601 AND 1603) – February 4, 2014 – Integreon, a leading global provider of outsourced legal, document, research, and business support, today announced a major upgrade of its technology infrastructure and end-to-end services for greatly improved e-discovery performance and scalability. The changes include a new state-of-the-art co-location facility and suite of updated applications for the efficient analysis, processing, and review of electronically stored information.

“Two years ago, at the behest of clients struggling under vast volumes of data required for e-discovery, our team set out to reinvent the technology of e-discovery. The result is the most cost-effective, streamlined and highly scalable end-to-end e-discovery platform we’ve ever had to offer,” said Caragh Landry, Vice President, Legal Discovery, Integreon. “We’ve integrated the early case assessment and processing phases, adopted the latest releases for popular best-of-breed applications like Relativity and eView, and introduced a powerful new processing platform capable of scaling well beyond today’s largest project sizes, including achievement of data processing rates in excess of five terabytes or more per day.”

“What we are doing is building upon the momentum started with last year’s rollout of Integreon Complete, an all-inclusive pricing and services model that offers clients significantly greater predictability of both costs and outcomes,” said Brent Larlee, Global Head, Legal Services, Integreon. “Our investments in improved e-discovery technology takes this initiative a step further and reflects the seriousness of our commitment to providing clients with the best possible legal services and support.”

Integreon’s e-discovery capabilities span the EDRM with a fully integrated, end-to-end services platform, with improvements including:

New State-of-the-Art Co-Location for Processing and Application Hosting

Integreon has opened a co-location facility that enables high on-demand scalability for data storage, hosting, and processing capacities. The new architecture allows Integreon to rapidly add in new processing engines and agent servers in order to tackle clients’ volume processing and hosting needs.  Security has been enhanced as well, and includes on premises security guards, 24/7 camera surveillance, false entrances, vehicle blockades, bulletproof glass and biometrics, plus enhanced environmental controls, HVAC, fire suppression, and seismic protection.

Streamlined Workflow for Processing and Early Case Assessment (ECA)

Web-based applications now integrate data processing and ECA for a streamlined workflow that enables clients to reduce their data volumes by as much as 95 percent prior to full processing and review. The easy to use Web interface allows clients themselves to iteratively test date ranges, key terms and derivatives, select de-duplication options, and set file type and domain exclusions to ensure relevant documents are sent into subsequent processing and review phases.

Latest Versions of Best-of-Breed Applications for Review

Integreon has updated to kCura’s Relativity 8 for an improved document review experience, from data loading through production. The enhancements available in Relativity 8 allow review teams to review, redact and produce documents more quickly, more accurately and much more consistently than ever before. Another Relativity 8 addition is Binders – an exciting new option to review and redact documents offline using an iTunes app for iPad tablets. Clients will also appreciate knowing that Integreon is a Relativity Premium Hosting Partner with a team of Relativity Certified Administrators who are ready to support their projects from start to finish.

Integreon’s proprietary eView™ application has also been updated to include the very latest in CAAT technology from Content Analyst for significantly improved data analytics that can facilitate highly efficient review workflow processes. In addition, Integreon offers clients a choice of other popular review applications as well, including Concordance FYI and iCONECT XERA, among others.

Expanded National Forensic Collection and Analysis Team

Integreon has expanded the capabilities of its forensics and analysis team. Integreon’s e-discovery experts can help clients ensure sound and efficient collection and preservation methodologies and it has the resources to support a wide variety of project needs. Resources include a new state-of-the-art forensics lab in New York, one of the largest tape libraries in the US capable of restoring or indexing over 400+ tape formats, and a host of leading off-the-shelf and proprietary tools such as Integreon’s deployable Seek & Collect™ appliances for delivery of cost-effective collections.
