In his presentation, "Trial by Sound Byte: Law in the New Millenium," Medrano shared personal insight and anecdotes from his decades of trial and broadcast experience. Medrano was particularly passionate about allowing cameras in the courtroom, and about all participants -- juries, media, judges and lawyers -- following the rules when it comes to both traditional and social media.
