Evolve Discovery Selects Viewpoint to Achieve Greater Efficiencies In Its Electronic Discovery Business
Leading West Coast e-discovery service provider brings Viewpoint in-house to streamline e-discovery workflow and reduce costs for its clients
SAN FRANCISCO and HOUSTON, May 20, 2013 – Lateral Data, a Xerox company, today announced that Evolve Discovery has selected the all-in-one Viewpoint e-discovery platform to manage its clients’ e-discovery projects. Headquartered in San Francisco, CA, Evolve Discovery is a full service litigation consulting and project management company serving AmLaw 100 and Fortune 500 clients. Viewpoint integrates collection, pre-processing and process, early case assessment (ECA), analytics, review and production capabilities in a single product.
Evolve Discovery will host Viewpoint in its highly secure SSAE 16 datacenter, and will provide administration, training, project management and support for clients’ use of the technology. Clients will be able to access their matters hosted in Viewpoint anywhere, any time, just using a Web browser, eliminating the need to manage the same data in multiple locations.

- Assisted Review – cuts cost and time by automating review for document prioritization, QC enhancement or wholesale binary review.
