The theme for Masters Conference 2011 is “Security, Privacy and Compliance within Corporate Litigation,” and it will be held October 3-5, at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C. Sessions will offer expert insight on the challenges and solutions of litigation and discovery. Attendees are expected from across the globe and include leading experts and professionals from law firms, corporations, government and the bench.
“We are honored to join Masters Conference again this year and continue the dialogue on the advancement and pinnacle role of technology in litigation,” said Mark Yacano, executive vice president of Hudson Legal. “By addressing today’s issues and forecasting tomorrow’s challenges in electronically stored information management—particularly the growing concerns surrounding data proliferation and security—we can refine our best practices and protocols for sound, efficient discovery work.”
Yacano will be the speaker during the conference luncheon and also a presenter on one of the session panels.
Masters Conference 2011 will offer two educational tracks that will be presented by corporate and law firm thought leaders. The first will be an introductory track for electronic discovery skills and best practices. The second will be an advanced track covering emerging issues of data security, privacy and compliance systems.
Each year the Masters Conference provides practical CLE education for lawyers and data-oriented professionals that is delivered with front-line experience. Masters Conference content is developed by an advisory cabinet of industry thought leaders. Attendees will gain practical knowledge, presented by peers, on current issues that can be applied immediately to everyday practice.
