The Masters Series for Legal Professionals is designed specifically for (and free to) attorneys from law firms and corporate legal departments and litigation support professionals, though in keeping with the Masters Conference format, space is limited. The educational event will offer CLE credit as well.

The event offers two educational tracks that will be presented by corporate and law firm thought leaders. The topics include:

• E-discovery best practices

• Corporate data security

• International discovery: EU, U.S. and Latin America privacy and discovery update

• Social media: Very loud, very effective or very dangerous? How can it affect your company?

• E-discovery concerns for the energy sector

• Preservation: The next frontier for potential rule changes

The Masters Conference provides practical CLE education for lawyers and litigation support professionals and is delivered by professionals with front-line experience. Masters Conference content is developed by an advisory cabinet of industry experts. Attendees will gain practical knowledge, presented by peers, on current issues that can be applied immediately to everyday practice.
