Inference Data to Present “Beyond Email: Legal and Practical Implications of 21st Century eDiscovery” at LegalTech NY

NEW YORK, NY(January 26, 2010) – Inference Data CEO and eDiscovery technology expert Nicholas Croce will present the LegalTech Emerging Technologies Session “Beyond Email: Legal and Practical Implications of 21st Century eDiscovery,” on Tuesday, February 2, 1:30pm in the Sutton Parlor Center of the New York Hilton. The session will focus on how social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn now pose increasingly complicated and far‐reaching eDiscovery challenges in addition to those caused by digital voicemail, IM and web‐based applications. As all of these qualify as electronically stored information under Rule 34 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Croce will discuss how to address the collection, processing, review, analysis and production of ever‐increasing ESI data stores and types. The educational presentation is sponsored by Inference Data and presented as part of the LegalTech New York conference taking place February 1‐3 in the Hilton New York hotel. MORE...
