Kroll Ontrack, a leading provider of ediscovery and data recovery products and services,today announced the launch of a new data center in Paris, France, expected to open this March.
The launch of the new data center is part of Kroll Ontrack’s strategy to provide access to its powerful ediscovery software and local expertise wherever and whenever clients need them. Since opening its German data center in Frankfurt in May 2014, Kroll Ontrack has delivered more than 104 million pages into document review databases hosted in Germany and copied 10,000 GB of data for processing. The addition of a French data center provides additional support for the growing number of international arbitration cases, in addition to a number of other legal matters faced by French companies that require electronic evidence to be analyzed locally.
Since 1998, Kroll Ontrack has been providing data recovery and electronic evidence services in France, and with the addition of this new data center, will now be fully equipped to handle the growing number of global investigations led by U.S. authorities, including those brought under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the US Department of the Treasury.
